A 2.5-acre property near the St. Johns Town Center, south of TopGolf, has been put under contract by Sky Entertainment LLC to build an indoor skydiving facility.
The company has already built three Florida indoor skydiving facilities — they call iFLY — in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Tampa.
Duke Addison and Amanda Kinkade of Addison Commercial Real Estate represents the buyer. Chester Schwartz is the managing member of Sky Entertainment LLC. Addison said when choosing a location, the land around the St. Johns Town Center stood out from other possible locations.
