David Weekley Homes paid $6,050,000 for a little more than 11 acres in the Southside Quarter development just a little north of the new Ikea on Gate Parkway. There it plans to put 135 attached and detached single-family homes.
The company did not return phone calls asking for more specifics, including price range.
