A new hotel downtown, more retail for Brooklyn and a place for dogs and their owners to gather are all going before a city agency this week. The Downtown Development Review Board will look at the designs and plans at its Thursday meeting.
Topping the list is Hotel Indigo, being proposed for the six-story office building at the southwest corner of Bay and Laura streets.
